im thinking of buying one off ebay but dont want to if its not gonna work with alot of games

COD4 does not work, certain games need patches, just look on google.com type in list of games that work with Dualshock 3.

I have an imported Dualshock 3, and all my games work with it.

I have one, and yeah, I can't think of one that doesn't. Maybe Stranglehold or Lair? Don't remember. But Ratchet, Uncharted, Folklore, I think Assassin's Creed all work with it. It's definitely worth it. Makes Folklore especially more fun.

I've had my PS3 for a while now and it never mattered to me much that the controller doesn't rumble. Then I got deployed and in the morale tents all they have is 360s and the controller rumbles. I realize now that the rumble actually does make a lot of difference. I actually can't wait for dual shock 3!

I've noticed that most games come with it or have been patched. Motorstorm, Ratchet, Assasins, Burnout, Unreal, Heavenly, DMC....and of course games like GT5 and MGS4 will.

I think you'll be hard pressed to find many games without support or that won't be getting support come April.

I'd advise you to wait for the Dualshock to come out here though. They'll only cost $55 bucks, compared to higher cost of importing. I guess if you can find it cheaper + shipping to import, then go for it, but otherwise I can't really see it being worth it. If you can handle waiting a month and a half, then by all means wait.
