Default Need help choosing a power conditioner

Hi everyone, I just got a new TV and have decided it's time to get a power conditioner/UPS to protect my investment.

There are a lot of choices out there, and since I just spent a lot on a TV I'd like to save as much as possible on one of these, yet still get one that can do the job properly.

Ideally, I'd like to spend under $200.

I've heard good things about Tripp Lite, and as of right now this looks like my best option, but I wanted some opinions and suggestions on brands and what power rating I should be looking for.

Here's what I will definitely have going into the device:

Sony KDS-60A3000 Television
PS3 40GB
HD Cable Box (don't remember the model)
Harman Kardon AVR 135 (soon to be AVR 255 or AVR 655 when they come out)
Cable Modem
Linksys WRT54GS wireless router

I also have an old modded XBOX that I rarely use, but it and the PS3 will never be on at the same time.

I may also eventually hook up my sub to this device, but as of right now it is running off a different outlet/breaker.

I haven't done the peak power consumption from Watts to Volt-Amperes, but I can do it when I get home and look at the power consumption of each device. Anyone think of a good estimate from the list I gave? I'm thinking I should be looking at around 1500VA-2000VA.

Suggestions are very much appreciated.

Thanks.
