Question: 1080p Games on PS3? - Blu-ray Forum

Are there any current games for the PS3 out -- right now -- for the PS3 (either on Blu-ray or not) that are true 1080p and display as a true 1080p.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Tekken 5 - Dark Ressurection also run in 1080p native.

Tekken came out today in Japan, better than on the PSP, wow! I have the PSP version and it is very good, can't wait until May when I have a PS3, and four months off!!!

1.) Ridge Racer 7 has amazing graphics in 1080p (my favorite game) to play online!

2.) NBA 07 with its 1080p graphics is also amazing!

Just responding to a guy who claimed that even though the PS3 has a 1080p output that there exist no games that are truly 1080p.

RR7 also runs at 60 frames per second in 1080p - it's amazing to look at, particularly on a giant tv like the Sony 70" SXRD.

Good to hear from you again Shadowself. Any inside info as it pertains to Blu-ray for Macworld in a couple of weeks? The curiousity is killing me! I've only heard a BTO option for Blu-ray drives in the Mac Pro. Anyhow, sorry to get off topic, but figured I'd ask the Apple man himself!
