Given that existing stock for all HD-DVD movies is probably quite high, I wonder when we will see Play, Amazon, etc, drop the HD-DVD sections of their sites? For now I guess there is still money to be made from sales to those unfortunates that bought a player.

netflix will drop it when the cost of warehousing, and keeping the separate filling department (if there is one) is greater than the revenue they generate from the rentals. (if you think about it, if people have 2 unlimited plan for instance, for every HD DVD they rent, that's one more Standard version shown as "available" for the rest of the consumers wanting that title)
