Question Letter Returned - Sony Blu-ray High-Def Offer by Mail

2 weeks ago I sent the letter to the PO Box 9065, Bridgeport, NJ 08014 and it was returned because the "PO Box was closed - the promotion expired".
It clearly states in the form that it is valid between 3/16 and 4/17.

Anyone else?

Did you write "Blu-ray High-Def Offer"?

Maybe ask one of the insiders about it. They may be able to get something done.

I'm sure there will be a lot of upset people if this holds true for everyone. A lot of people waited until Water Horse & Dewy Cox came out to use them for at least one of their purchases (myself included).

I just e-mailed SPHE (Sony Pictures Home Entertainment) customer support. If anyone else would like to e-mail them as well, it's consumer@SPHECustomerSupport.sony.com

There are reports of others having the same problem on other forums. These promotions are typically handled by outside fulfillment firms. I think Paidgeek would be the insider to ask about this if he was around.

Sony said they've fixed this and that I can send the rebate again.
