Default All BLU & HD-DVD stolen from my Wal-mart

I thought I'd post this because a lot of you may find it interesting. I went to my local Wal-mart today to see what they had in Blu about 11am today. To my surprise, there was only "Waterhorse" and ALL others were gone. I saw 3 management types talking looking at the empty racks, so I asked them "where are all the Blu's now". One lady told the other "go ahead and tell him". She said that "early today or late last night that someone stole all the Blu & HD-DVD movies".

There were about 100 total gone. How the hell does someone steal that many movies without being seen. Sounds like an inside job to me. So if anyone finds great deals on E-bay soon being shipped out of Chesapeake/Virginia Beach Virginia, you probably know where they came from.

Has no one any decency?!

You ask that about a world that has nothing better to do than pass around photos of celebrity upskirt shots?

This type of incident certainly doesn't help to lower software pricing. The more that gets stolen, the higher us honest consumers must pay. My Walmart has all the BDs locked up in a case.

this is exactly why clothes cost soo much at retail stores, they have to compensate for the amount of clothes stolen each year. My Wal-Mart has a ton of blu-rays locked up but recently put a few out for display

I guess I'm lucky, I don't have a Walmart... Well, I don't even know where a Walmart is, except in Joshua Tree. That's the only time I've ever been in that place.

Tsk tsk tsk...they stole all the blu-ray and HD-DVD? Clearly these thieves have no class. I would've left the HD-DVD behind...

Speaking of skirts...

Years ago (we're talking 80s here), my uncle was a manager for a store in a mall... and while it was a different store and he didn't see this himself, obviously this kind of a story would make its rounds throughout the entire mall.

It seems this woman wanted herself a new TV, so she went to the electronics store, grabbed one of the TVs (I'm wanting to say it was a 19 inch) and stuck it between her legs (she was wearing a dress) and walked out of the store with it. Now, I honestly can't remember if somebody noticed something odd about her as she walked out of the store, or they just noticed the TV was gone, but they alerted the security guards. The guards, I'm assuming in sheer amazement decided NOT to arrest her right then, but to wait until AFTER she got outside... so they watched as this woman carried out the TV between her legs until she almost got to her car when they stopped her.

The story would be better if I could remember some of the details, but the story is true!

Well if your location is Los Angeles, there are over 20 wal-marts within 20 miles of you...

So, either you don't get out at all, or you don't pay attention at all.

Or.....you aren't in Los Angeles.
