HD DVD supporters, jealous over their format's recent thumping at the hands of Sony's Blu-ray format, set fire to a major movie studio in LA resulting extensive damage and several injuries to fire fighters. The US government has declared this an act of terrorism and labeled HD DVD's last zealots as terrorists. The US Army's 6th Ranger Batallion will be immediately deployed to LA to quarantine the area while a small detachment from Camp Zama, Japan, procedes to Toshiba HQ to investigate rumors of coordination from the factory.

You read it on the internets so it must be true right?

ps: obviously, i made that up nasty looking fire though.
