Default ideal Speaker set-up questions

I am including my set-up below and would like to hear any opinions if these are okay.

I am using a pioneer LX-70 (Elite model) with monitor audio RS6 AV.

The speakers specs are:-

Front floorstand - 6" Bass - 6" mid - 1" gold tweet - 120W 91db 38hz-30khz
center 2 x 6" bass/mid - 1" gold tweet - 120W 91db 45hz-30khz
surround 6" bass/mid - 1" gold tweet - 100W 89db 60hz-30khz

Auto set-up sets them all to large with the cross-over at 80hz.

1. Should I leave the crossover at 80hz (THX) or do you thing the fronts can handle if I set it to 50hz?

2. I have set the surrounds to small because...less power at 100w, less low end freq. and...when playing music with all set to large there is no SW signal, all set to Small the SW is booming and with just the surrounds set to small the SW signal seems to be ideal.

I use the same settings above for music and movies, and the speaker setting Large/small does not seem to have an effect in movies, only for music for some reason (No dedicated LFE?)

Any comment appreciated.
