Default Wisdom teeth extraction

Tomorrow morning I am having my wisdom teeth taken out. All day tomorrow I'll be eating probably Wendy's frosties and some applesauce. The only good thing to come out of this is that I was able to get a few days off of work and don't have to go back until Thursday morning.

Which Blu-ray sequels/trilogy/quadrilogy should I watch to keep me entertained while in great pain tomorrow?

Also, I just bought Blade Runner a couple days ago from Amazon, I know the final cut has the TrueHD track, but is it the best cut? I've never seen the movie before.

Hey have fun. Getting my wisdom teeth taking out was probably the coolest experience. You go in the knock you out, then you suddenly realize your sitting on your couch at home. SO FREAKING WEIRD.

exactly what happened to me. my mom picked me up as my wife doesn't drive. evidently i was talking all kinds of crazy jibberish. i have a deep fear of needles so they had to gas me before they'd give me the shot. it was an awesome day.

For that kind of dental work, the Dentist/Oral Surgeon should give you some really good drugs.

I would recommend National Treasure 1 & 2.

You'll probably want to sleep a bit too. Stong painkillers make me very sleepy.

Pirates are great entertainment without having to think too much. If you do start thinking too much, the mental pain will overcome the tooth pain, .

I was freaking out when I went in to get mine removed, but it really wasn't anywhere near the horrible experience I had built it up to be. My biggest complaint wasn't pain, but the fact that my jaw felt tight when I tried to open it for a week, which made it a hassle to eat. The pain really wasn't that bad at all. I've had headaches that made me far more miserable.

For the poll, I'd have to say Die Hard, followed by Rambo. OR, you could start with Die Hard, then watch First Blood, then Die Hard 2, etc. and alternate throughout the day.

How about the first Die Hard movie. You can think about all that broken glass and his bloody feet when your tooth is being pulled. Only kidding.

EDIT: Well it's good to see that it's over. I have had several teeth pulled myself. One was an emergency extraction because it broke when I was eating a piece of bread - of all things. The tooth hurt so much, that whatever the dentist did in the chair was a relief. They were are in the back, so you can't see what happened. After 2 days, the pain was gone.

i had mine out in march of 07. i never really had any pain at all. the pain killers worked pretty good and i didnt even get halfway through the prescription. the surgery rocked too. it was my first experience with anesthesia, that was the best part.

Most likely it will be over before you know it. took 30 minutes to get mine out, two at a time in the military. Good luck. Dont forget to take the pills after you leave the doctor whenever is recomended.

I fell sleep when i got back to the barracks and woke up like 8 hours later almost crying in pain

I'd go with the Die Hard movies first, then the Lethal Weapons.

My wife will be having her wisdom teeth out sometime this year (last "chore" before trying for kids), and she is absolutely dreading it. But, from what some people are saying here, it's not all that bad...

Resident Evil or Rambo. Nothing you could ever laugh at, for fear of death.

My appointment was at 11, left the office at 2. Apparently the 3 I needed to have removed were growing in sideways and wrapped around nerves. My dentist who is a pretty strong looking guy, worked for about 30 mins on each tooth trying to break it into pieces to get it out.

I'm not really in any pain, the bleeding has stopped for a while now and I thought it would honestly be worse. I am starving though since I can't really eat something solid for a couple days.

I'm going to watch the new Rambo tonight because of the overwhelming support for John Rambo. I'm so caught up in MGS4 that I haven't done much of anything else today.

Might be you didn't eat before the pain pills. Either eat something first or have a glass of milk. Also some people get constipated with heavy narcotics (vicodin, percocet), so might need a laxative.
