All boxes but AAC should be checked.. Your receiver can handle that with no problem.. assuming you are using HDMI

If you are using HDMI to your receiver.. Just set the HDMI output setting in the BD menu to PCM.. and you are set to go..

Not exactly the same topic but I'm having problems with audio on my 60gb PS3 playing PS2 games over hdmi. I've resorted to switching to av cables for video and audio for the ps2 games. If I run games over HDMI I get a screen flicker at the beginning of a game then no audio from there on out. I hate having 2 sets of cables from my system going to the tv. It's wasting A/V ports as far as I'm concerned.

Any ideas?

since you are letting the ps3 decode the audio your reciever will not show the decoded formats. IF YOU HAVE THE PS3 REMOTE JUST PRESS THE DISPLAY BUTTON. IF YOU JUST HAVE A CONTROLLER JUST PRESS THE SELECT BUTTON.

Your receiver should be showing something like "Multi Channel PCM" if working correctly.
