Best 37"-40" 1080p LCD

Hi i am looking for a 37"-40" LCD for playing ps3 games, watching blu-rays and eventually using for PC use. I am willing to spend $1100 but would like to find a good one around $1000 or less (including shipping). I think a 37" would fit a bit better, but i also like the extra size of a 40". I will be sitting anywhere from 4 to 8ft in my bedroom (6ft is where it will be viewed the most)
The three i have looked at

Samsung LN40A550 40-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV

I Like the 30000:1 contrast ratio on this tv.

This seems like the best one at 1000 dollars but only has 15000:1 contrast

I put this up here because it is only 900 bucks

I would like to hear what you guys think about these three and any others you might suggest.
