Panasonic TH-50PX80U Sound/audio problems

Hey guys,
I just bought a panasonic TH-50PX80U and it seems that there is a lot of distortion that comes out of the speakers when people talk with a low voice or quietly. I turned the base all the way down (also turned off base-boost) but it still happens a little bit. Am I the only one experiencing this? If anyone has suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it!

Ive had the exact same tv for about 4 weeks. However this will be of no help because I use my receiver for sound so Ive never listened to the tv speakers and I know that theyre not going to come close to a home theatre setup.
