OK so i just got a refurb of this receiver...and I'm getting no sound out of the rear speakers. Nothing. I'm not talking about the back rear speakers (for 7.1). I'm referring to the rear speakers. They're hooked up properly and i even tried hooking them up to the front and got sound. I use the test tone to judge and i get absolutely no sound out of them.
Is there anything that I may have done wrong or is this unit DOA. ![]() ![]() FYI...there's nothing more frustrating than dealing with this shit at midnight and no one to talk to. |

This may seem obvious so don't be insulted, but there is a setup in the menu where you can enable/disable the various speakers, on mine it is the crossover settings page. You might just need to tell the receiver that you do indeed have speakers there?
