Default Cadrian Home Theater Set-Up

I am starting from scratch on set-up.... I am moving to a townhouse community. The lady didn't have anything on the edge, so I am going to have 2 Neighbors one on each side of my place.

Any suggestions on best placement of TV, AV Rack, Speakers and Subs? BTW no bad mouthing my choice in brand of speakers, thats not what I am asking help on

Take in my TV is a 65 Inch CRT Projection.... Its huge, but I still get 1080i

To me I only have 1 maybe 2 options.... Was wondering if there were any others?

Basic Idea....

Really don't have an idea on sub placement... I guessing I need to go down to 1 sub... Or I could move one out near the couch. Based on the idea that Low frequencies bother neighbors more.... I am also thinking Ill walk over and talk to the neighbors soon as I get moved in, just to test what level they can handle.

I guess besides the basic idea, I could put the TV in the corner and work out from there, but it be a pain to find places to mount the surrounds.

Another idea would be to use the dining room space as well... I don't have kids and don't even own a kitchen table

I should be signing everything tomorrow, and moving small stuff in Saturday. Ill try to take some pics before I start moving in the AV stuff on Sunday.

Also the Room Dimensions are,
Living Room= 16'6" X 12'6"
Dining Room= 13 x 9'6"
