Here I was thinking that they ran out of asterisks for some reason! That's still wild though, how can you not have confidentiality??

if you read the whole thing, the reason donations are down, is because there is no more anonomity in the UK with donations..

imagine that you gave a free donation and in 18 years some kid wants to become part of your life, because the bank gave out your information on who the real father is.
