Default BD racks now available!

I didn't know where to put this thread...so MODS, please feel free to move to the appropriate section.

I was at Future Shop and Best Buy today and saw they had Blu-ray wire stands available. I forget the price, but you know they ain't never cheap at FS and BB.

They had like a 20-unit stand and a 50-unit floor stand.

Just thought Id let you know in case you're looking for one or two or more.

I never liked those kinds of racks. What are you supposed to do with bigger cases like Blade Runner or tv shows?

I personally don't use them myself, but I know that many people would and probably some on this forum as well.

The bigger cases and stuff will always be a problem I suppose. Wish I had an asnwer for you!

Oh, really? I'll have to go check them out... I've been waiting for them!

I was under the impression it was a marketing scam, since the description states, "Easily store up to 50 Blu-ray Discs or DVDs on this stylish steel wire tower."

Not a big fan of these racks too. The bigger boxes can be an issue of course, but I just never liked putting my disks of any kind horizontally.

Heck yeah! The only thing I don't like is: what happens if a case is bigger than your standard Blu-Ray?!

Also, if you own one or have seen one in real life, is it big enough to hold PS3 games? Do Blu-Rays have any slack going from side to side (or is it a snug fit)?

Yea never liked these. Always have basically a book DVD shelf I got at Wal-mart for like $20. I hate the racks like people were saying they have a standard and that isn't the case with all blu's. I had the shelves for my dvd's and now expanded to my blu's and will keep it for the next. Makes it universal because I stack other things on it like my PS2 and PS3 games and some other items.
