Default White line on TV

I have a Samsung LCD and just this morning there has appeared a single white line that flickers at the very bottom of the screen. It goes away after awhile for a short time but then comes back. It is on whatever channel I change to so its not the channel, unless its a Comcast problem.

Actually, i just switched the receiver over to my PS3 and there is nothing there so perhaps it is a cable issue. Anyone ever have this?

It may be your comcast box, switch it out. If the problem still occurs then it's your TV. This isn't the first time i heard about this problem with Samsung.

is the tv on "Just scan" mode or 16:9?

Check that, also try switching sources to that same input. If it's not happening on your bd player, it's not the tv...it's the cable.

I would try reseting your cable box.
Just unplug it, let it sit for a min, then plug back in and reboot it.

I have had to do that to many of cable box for many different cable providers.
