Should be interesting. Thanks for the info/link. I wonder about headaches/motion sickness/etc. with games though. As in, will it be worse than a movie or maybe not as bad.

Oh, just to update, you will probably need a pair of glasses for the job or the 3D TV if you don't want to wair any pair of specs.

Nope. They announced it back in late November. Sweet and just when my family is just getting a HDTV. Just wish it was in progressive scan though.

And companies are going this route instead of headtracking because....?

Headtracking with the Eyetoy > 3D

FPS games would be much more enjoyable that way.

I'm not so sure. The problem is trying to keep your line of sight towards the TV. I don't think headtracking via Eyetoy or PS Eye would be implemented that well.
