List of Blockbusters that carry Blu-ray In-store

Some BB carry a large selection of BD and with BB's in-store exchange it is the best deal compared to Netflix. I would like to start a list of BB stores that carry BD. It is sporadic. I live in S. CA and only BB is in Laguna Niguel that I know of that carries BD and with a limited selection. I know from others that stores in Virginia Beach and Atlanta have a wide section and new stores are adding BD titles all the time. It is not limited to just big cities/areas. You would think S. CA would be a big market for BB. BB is not very helpful in finding out which stores carry BD so it is up to us to help each other out.

ive been to 2 stores with blu-ray, Irvine and also one of the huntington beach stores. Both are of course limited selection. There is one in La Palma i think that JUST started stocking them and has around like 5 movies. Hardly worth mentioning yet. These are all so cal.

I got the link from one of my monthly newsletters that I get in my email. It's also on the Canadian website under the 'Promos & Events' tab.

the BB a few blocks from me in Philly has an equal amount of BD to HDDVD...each take up 1 1/2 racks

wow hate living in small cities... not a single blockbuster here carries blu-ray. the closest place i can guess that carries them is dallas and its freakin 300 miles away..

Checked it out during my lunch break, unfortunately they don't carry any HD movies... the guy had told me to get it on-line. oh well. I might be switching to Netflix soon anyways, their movie service is horrible on-line.

Sorry, you may have to go more than 300 miles, none of the BB's in Dallas that I've been to carry BR but the manager said she has been trying to get some in.

sorry about that! Fortunately, netflix is pretty good about having the blu-rays. i haven't had to wait for any of them yet.

I'd much rather support Netflix...

BB was charging an arm and a leg until netflix came around and they forced BB to charge less...and offer better deals..

if Netflix happened to phase out, BB would go back to rising prices...
