Smile Got my new panny today!!

I got my new Panny TH-50PZ800U today,a day earlier than expexted.I have been trying it out all evening and love it!!..Even my old 80's music videos DVD's look good on it.I tried out Resident Evil Extinction in the 24p mode and it looked amazing...no flicker that I could see.I could'nt get it to go into the 48hz mode until the movie was playing...Everything looks good on it..even my old laser discs. As for the THX mode being dark ...when I fisrt turned it on and was watching regular tv on it the THX mode actually lightened the pic from standard mode.I will have new pics up soon and will make sure they are bigger than my old ones.

Care to fill me in on what this setting does and where it's found in the menu?

I'm guessing I'll feel like an idiot once you tell me, but it's not rining a bell at the moment.
