I have a XBR4 and keep mine on Normal or Med because i think full is to much.

On my Samsung 950, I like to keep it on low for movies (especially Blu-rays) but for sports (football primarily) I set it to high.

high for tv and gaming, med for blu

high is wayyy to much for blu's imo

I keep mine off for regular TV ; except for NASCAR (3) ! Then on high for BD !
