how do you guys set the motion flow 120Hz??? - Blu-ray Forum

i keep it on HIGH it looks clean

I have a XBR4 and keep mine on Normal or Med because i think full is to much.

On my Samsung 950, I like to keep it on low for movies (especially Blu-rays) but for sports (football primarily) I set it to high.

Keep my on standard when watching blu-ray and high when watching regular tv program.

I keep mine off for regular TV ; except for NASCAR (3) ! Then on high for BD !
