Default Motion Flow opinions

Just looking for some peoples opinions on motion flow on the xbr4. I just got a 52" xbr 4 and i was testing the motion flow and im wishywashy on it.

saw some demos of the 120Hz thing at work at Fry's and Best Buy. i didnt like the result. while the 3d pop is there, movie looked jerky and un-natural. i think the motion flow is primarily made for watching sports.
