Default Taking Screen Caps

I just bought a Sony BDU-X10S BD player for my computer, I've read that Cyberlink Ultra doesn't allow you to take caps, does anyone know of a free (any) program that will allow me to capture screen shots.

I know that powerdvd ultra doesn't allow screen caps of "HD-DVD's", but i don't know about bluray screen caps...

try;

1. play the movie in full-screen
2. hit "CTRL + PRINT SCREEN" buttons on your keyboard.
3. Open up Paint, Photoshop or another graphics editor program and paste (CTRL + V)

see if that generates a screen cap, and save it as a .jpg or .bmp or whatever...

PowerDVD doesn't work for Blu-ray as well. I just found this program called TotalMedia Theatre, works perfect.
