NETFLIX is IMPROVING

I am on the 3 at a time plan. Yesterday Netflix received 2 of my returned movies and shipped out 2 new movies. Thats standard. However, I had Bottle Rocket at the top of my list and they did not have it available, so they shipped the 2 below that. Today I received an email stating that they didnt have Bottle Rocket at my local distribution center and thats why they didnt ship it, however, they are shipping it today from a different facility. So, without any complaints or queries from me (no contact whatsoever) they sent me a bonus disc. GOOD SERVICE Below is the email.
