Tower.com slow shipping for any one else? I ordered Heroes Season 2 10 days ago and paid for there fastest shipping and still have not got it in the mail yet. I could have ordered from amazon 3 times now!

How disappointing. Have they at least responded to you that your shipment has a slight delay? If not. Just request a refund and go on ebay where you have more trusted sellers.

I would call them, especially if you paid for the fastest shipping. What's the point for paying all that money if it take as long as media mail.

I used two day shipping with Towers and got my order in 2 days.It is the only time I ordered from them, so that's all I have to go by.

Thats pretty unethical if you paid for faster shipping and they used a slower service to gain small profits. I hate it when people do that; especially on ebay.

What Im worried about is I live in Alaska and I am thinking they sent it to me at international rate. I would bet a million thats what is happening.

Thats still bullshit! Even if Alaska is further away, there's no excuse for their delayed shipping. Or maybe there's a delay with the USPS system but I really doubt that.

I ordered Dark City during the sale. Selected the cheapest shipping option.

Was mailed on Sept 3rd from Florida, and I got it today in Michigan.

Pretty fast shipping in my opinion. Will definatly deal with them again.

ya it took around 10 days for me to recieve i am legend. i got my other movies on time, so ya give it a few more days. call and ask for a refund for the shipping, i got minez

I just tried calling and of course theres no customer service on the weekend, so I will call Monday. But meanwhile hoping it comes in the mail today.

I have had good result when buying from the, which is not often. Maybe the problem is with their service to Alaska.

Well I just got off the phone with tower.com and they refunded my shipping with no questions asked so that was nice, but im still waiting for my BD's

Did they provide you with a tracking number? Once it leave their hands, it is kind of up to the delivery company.

When I have ordered from them, I always use the cheapest method and it only takes a couple days.

Don't feel so bad, I ordered three Blu-rays on the 8/28/08 and I'm still waiting. They claimed to have shipped Dark City & V for Vendetta the same day I ordered them. Twister shipped on 09/02/08 and nothing has made it way here (Free shipping to Michigan)
