Subwoofer recommendation

I'm buying the Polk Tsi300s and the Polk CS10 speakers for my surround I really need a recommendation on a good fairly inexpensive in my sub. My real purpose is so the neighbors can feel the sub.

I have looked at the Klipsch Sub-12 and the Polk PSW125 subwoofers I know the klipsch is plenty loud enough but I have never listen to the Polk. I'm open for other recommendations other brands doesn't matter. I would like to stay under or around $300 if possible.thanks much
