Japanese PSN Account - Blu-ray Forum

So I have a question. I got a japanese PSN account so I could get, the now completely useless, Mainichi Issho... I didn't get ANY of the trophies which sucks... So yeah...

With that being said. Is there a reason to keep the Japanese PSN account? I mean what can I do with it now?

You can download stuff from the Japanese PSN store thats exclusive only to them. Sometimes they get some pretty cool demos which have limited Engrish to them.

That, and there's no reason to delete the account.

you can do nothing with it if you want or use it to DL content that isn't available in other regions. whats the point of deleting a free account with a fake address fake name fake number that isn't attached to you on a personal level. you would just be waisting 30 seconds of your life. leave it there its barely taking up any space on your ps3. maybe one day you'll need to come back to it for something.

really? i got all 7 trophies for Mainichi Issho. it took a lot of reading but i did get all 7 trophies on my American PS3 but of course i started that as soon as Japan got the update when the trophies 1st became available

with me i just go by what i recognize by the pictures but however i can tell what is free on there and what isnt even though most of the free stuff on there is just some dlc, trailers, and some PSP and PS3 demos of games that will never make it to the U.S.

like Battle Fantasia demo for instance the whole main menu or at least most of it is in english even though america only got the 360 version because of a certain American video game company by the name of Aksky's aka Arc System Works that made the 360 version says that its to hard to develop a PS3 game even if the game is available in Japan on the PS3 and 360 and coming soon to Europe on PS3

I have a new question... If I want to get a Hong Kong PSN card emailed to me where could I go?

I don't want to wait for it to be shipped.

Demos are the only thing its good for now... when T-Horz like Ideal and Me only got Mainchii for the trophies they cut that list and now you cant do that nemore

sorry u missed the boat, for the ones who have the trophies it is a rare thing

yeah luckily I had that game even before that patch that gave us the trophies(since it didn't come with trophies to start with) and was already hooked on it and kept it up-to-date. so I got all of my trophies on my American account(but failed with my Japanese account to get them all).

I know all about that Mainchii... I also know that I CAN still get trophies for games I paid for (i'm currently doing it with a japanese game). With that being said...

My question wasn't can I get trophies... it was where can i get a Hong Kong PSN card emailed to me instead of waiting on it to ship...
