Japanese account trouble!

When I am creating a Japanese account, when I get to the screen where you enter your e-mail, password and password question then hit the right button I don't advance to the next screen as per the instruction on how to make a Japanese account

What I get is

6 "some japanese text"
3 "some japanese text"
1" some japanese tex"

And below that is one button and when I push it, it goes back to the screen to enter your e-mail, password and password question

What am I doing wrong? I followed every how to make Japanese PSN account and can't get past that screen?
