Is Region B losing out on lossless audio?

I've seen a lot of threads over the past few months where consumers in Region B seem to be getting the short end of the stick when it comes to lossless audio.The X-Men Trilogy being in DTS-HD HR instead of DTS-HD MA along with several other FOX titles, and now, apparently, this problem with the Australian Twilight disc not having it's listed English TrueHD track. Does anybody else think that this is becoming a real problem? Do we think it is related to all those multilingual DD 5.1 options some titles have?
