Question Help With Whole House Audio Question?????

Hello, i have a customer who already has a Onkyo Ht-R430 reciever. We are adding a 1 source 4 zone speaker system (zones: kitchen, dining, outside, master) i will be using this Channel Vision ABUS Kit for 4 Zones - AB-902.
Heres my question.
The kit im using has 1 source input...which is analog audio. How do i hook it up so multiple sources can be used?
My solution
Hook everything up to the TV (Blu Ray, Cable etc) then use the audio out on the tv & hook it up to the ABUS kit....then use the audio out on the cable box & blu ray directly to the reciever. That way what ever audio is on the TV will be outputted on the whole house audio system....would that work???
Also what if the tv only has digital audio out? is there a cheaper solution?

Is there a better solution to this?????

Also another question...the living room has 5.1....will those speakers play with the whole house audio system??

Thanks for the help!!!

[im not familiar with this product] But from looking at the user manual, on the last page it talks about how each room can listen to a different source. "The RCA inputs on the AB-301 will override the main input
source, allowing each room to listen to a different local source"

So basically you could connect a cd player, tv, stereo etc into each room and listen discretely through the in wall speakers.

But, if your question is how do you connect multiple components to the original room (living room perhaps)...you could use 2 female-male rca y splitter? or for more devices, use an rca switcher.

If it is the HO's budget tell the to get a multi-zone receiver, then sources, video and volume are all independent. That is how I did my house.
