Default sony or panny for sports

hello there,just looking for some advise. i'm upgrading from my 32" sammy
720p to one of these 2 the sony 46v5100 or the panny 46" g10 series.both cost $1399 at brandsmart just wondering which would look better for football,and ps3.

Panny will be better!!!! Plasmas to me will be easier on the eyes.

I beg to differ on that comment. The professionals out there will tell you no lcd will ever be as good as a plasma in displaying sports, video games, or movies. I would take the panny in a heartbeat.
