Cool Lights

Hey guys I read that the best lights to use for a HT is 6500 Kelvin.

Does anyone have any recommendations of where to find them or brands that work rather well?

The lamp I use takes 40 watt bulbs, will i need to get a new lamp to convert to the new lighting?

Thanks in advance to any info anyone can offer me
