Van Helsing on May 19 - Blu-ray Forum

I saw that amazon has Van Helsing for pre-order and it's being released on May 19th. It says taht is region A and distribiuted by 101 Distribuitions. At $42 I can imagine is an import, has anyone got a mavie from 101 Distribuitions before? Is this a UK Import?
BTW Charlie and Chocolate Factory is also up for preorder and its being released same day.

101 Distribution is just the alias Amazon uses when they import Blu-rays themselves. The guy running the program came onto a couple of forums a few months ago and spoke about it. Amazon basically buys a limited quantity from overseas and then sells it on their site. It is usually cheaper to directly import the disc yourself.

$42 seems a little expensive. I have it on pre-order with play.com for £11 (2 for £22 offer). As it's Universal I'd guess it's region free.

Thanks for the information, not so interest in Van Helsing, I was curious regarding 101 Distributions. I didn't knew 101 was amazon. I ordered Charlie and Chocoloate Factory for about $14 from amazon.uk, I guess is the same one.
