I was wondering if Van Helsing and Twister from the UK was region free? I checked a web site and it didnt have them listed yet

yes they are both region free

My PS3 says AVC for video, and for audio DTS-HD-MA

AVC they used. Why would you not want VC1 since when done properly (that rules warner out) it can look just as good as an AVC encode.

I could not care if the movies came in VC1 or AVC since both are good codecs. I only care if the movie came in MPEG2.

How do the specs differ from the UK release and the NA Release? Is it better to wait or should i just import it? Also, what have people thought of the PQ/AQ of this blu?
