Not that I’ve seen or read, but I’m as eager for it as you, I assure you. In fact, based on what I’ve seen, there’s a very good chance that, just in terms of packaging alone, this may end up representing the pinnacle of my collection.

Weird - you mentioned you can change the shipping address now for the circuit set. But I still can't order the standard UK set to the US.

I think in some early Dolby Stereo films that had both 70mm and 35mm releases, there were sometimes slight differences between the two (alternate takes of lines, etc.). By 1985, I doubt this was still happening, but I guess it's possible that one take was in the regular two-channel stereo (which was probably the source for the VHS/laserdisc audio) and the other was in the six-track (which was probably the source for the DVD/Blu-ray/UHD audio).

That's all total speculation, of course.

uphe.com is the website to send complaints of your discs freezing(I hope if anyone knows of a better place to complain to please let me/us know). I have not heard back from them yet and I emailed them 3 days ago. Please email them if your disc freezes, they need to stand by their product and hopefully a replacement program takes effect. Please email them, it's easy and none of us should be spending our hard earned money on faulty products.

Thanks wttpp!

I finally finished watching all three UHD discs yesterday, and 1 & 2 played fine for me throughout, but 3 froze in a couple places. The first was during the scene right when Clara first knocks on the door, and after Doc & Marty cover up the time machine.

I was able to skip about 20 seconds ahead to continue watching, but it happened again later. I'll test again now to get the time codes for reference.

FWIW: No scratches on the disc, and I tried wiping with mf...

EDIT: Well, it actually didn't happen this time; the scene played without freezing. I tried restarting, and couldn't replicate it. Still, the first time it did happen, it was around here:

Definitely sounds like an audio editing error to me. Could have been intentional for whatever reason but badly done.

Dropouts aside, there are straight up foley changes ever since the DVD remixes - https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=330615

And happily, I've had at least a couple of new release orders that still shipped in a timely manner (shipped by Fri/Sat before release date and received by the Mon/Tue of release week), so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that happening again.
Well, good news! My set is now Preparing for Dispatch and I have a pending charge on my card.

For all those who said that copies of the Time Circuits edition (amazon.co uk) would become available again close to the release date, I don't think it will happen, we're now 2 days before the release date and pre-orders already have been dispatched.

Maybe there will be another box set in the future, that would be great, if you can beat the SCALPERS in buying it, that is.

Perhaps you could be more specific. Do you mean the French release?

Pre-orders may be sold out, but it will be available again. From what I can find, it was £90.00.
