Mean Streets, Days Of Heaven, and The Last Picture Show. November is going to be one hell of a month.

Also, since 4K rereleases are becoming a thing, here’s another eventual Criterion release: Goodfellas, with the same actual scan and restoration, but with new HDR and new DV. I also fee confident saying that when Alice and WTKAMD finally get here, Criterion will be the one doing them.

What a month!

In for Mean Streets 4K, Days of Heaven 4K, Jackie Chan, and Texasville! Already have Picture Show in 4K but don’t mind the double dip with the added film.

Was hoping for Spellbound UHD, but am okay with these too. I’m definitely in for The Last Picture Show. I have the BBS set, but will happily upgrade to UHD, and also happy to see Texasville finally available, and with the director’s cut too.

I wonder if Criterion (or anyone else) will announce other standalone releases from the Columbia sets.

Really interesting now that Criterion is starting to grab back some of the releases Paramount reclaimed. Are we getting 4Ks of Harold and Maude and Nashville?

(And does this mean that Paramount is giving up on 4k from its archives?)

I doubt WB would give Goodfellas to a boutique label considering it’s in their inner circle of legacy titles.

I was hoping Criterion would upgrade the BBS set, but a solid month nonetheless. I will get at least Mean Streets 4K and Days of Heaven 4K.

An excellent month! All the UHD titles are terrific! It's great that people can enjoy The Last Picture Show UHD and not have to buy the box set to get it.

Great month! Days of Heaven, La Cérémonie, and Mean Streets for me. Already have The Last Picture Show from the Columbia set.

I think I'll go for all the November selections except for Days of Heaven because I just received that Blu-ray.

I really dig that Mean Streets cover artwork! One of the best I've seen in years from Criterion!

A solid month no doubt.

I was really hoping that one of the extras on Mean Streets would be “Who’s That Knocking on My Door”. It’s a great companion piece to that film.

Maybe sales were underwhelming for them and they figure they would make more money handing them off to Criterion.

With Don't Look Now and Days of Heaven returning to the collection, I think it looks good for a Nashville UHD in the near future.

When is the next Criterion-site sale? Don't they usually have a flash sale in October?
