Speaking of Criterion "flash sales" and the 24 hour bonanza... why not do a bigger sale like some of these other boutique labels? Kino Lorber, Arrow Video, Shout Factory, Vinegar Syndrome, Powerhouse/Indicator, etc.

I prefer sales that last a week or longer and can prepare for ordering from said sale more-so than a 24 hour sale. I guess the logic is the Barnes and Noble 50% off sale but I also like ordering direct from Criterion. I wish Criterion would offer more sales on their own website.

I usually order five or six titles and they come in a neat fitting box with air pillows. It often looks a little beat up but I've never had a damaged item or bumped corner.

Criterion are the industry best when it comes to replacements, buf if your disks are scratched they seemingly ask you to try them out, clean them etc. I haven't had a scratched one yet, touch wood.

Packaging damage YMMV - some people are asked to contribute $5, some aren't.

I would have loved to get a few more and really wish The Others was included, but next month I suppose. All 4K except Tod Browning. Videodrome & Don’t Look Now are upgrades for me.

Yeah, ever since B&N stopped shipping internationally I've been buying exclusively direct. Had $50 in certificates stored up from my Channel membership, working my way to another $50 certificate on the loyalty scheme...why would I go to B&N?

Snagged Videodrome, The Princess Bride, and Moonage Daydream on UHD. $64 away from the gift card. I image I'll hit that after the February flash sale. This helped cut down on how much I'll spend on the November B&N sale too
