Sad that Harry never got to announce his team winning a World Series. Skip got to do it in Atlanta, and Chip is at least doing some pre- and post-game stuff in Chicago for the Series.

Doesn't matter. I have my own opinions on what happened to the Warriors outside of their meltdown (like Lebrons actions in game four) but given for almost six months I've had shit said to myself and my family for supporting Curry by having on his merch it's nice to be able to throw the 3-1 shade back. As late as Monday night some Walmart employees were even giving my dad shit for having a Warriors shirt on. The guy legit had a photo of a diaper box as his phone wallpaper because he said it reminded him of Curry. I can't wait until Harbaugh and his Wolverines roll over OSU too.

I still can't believe that this happened. I knew how good this team was but still didn't think it would happen so fast. I won't ever forget this team and what they have accomplished. GO CUBS GO WORLD CHAMPIONS!

I'm not a baseball fan but even I knew of the Cubbies' "curse" and have been following the results in this series, to come back from 3-1 down on the road took some serious chutzpah but I just had to tip them for game 7 in the poll ^ above.

Interesting fact. Retired U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, finally got to see his favorite team win the World Series for the first time at age 96. Stevens attended the 1928 and 1932 World Series as a kid. He was actually at the game where Babe Ruth supposedly hit the "called shot."
