Marvel Studios own the merchandising rights (Action figures etc.) so no luck there but you can find posters on eBay and Amazon. I'm pretty sure they'll be giving them out for free at cinemas when its released.

Hmmmm, interview mentions Fall for the director's cut. That's much later than I would have expected the home release, I wonder if that means there are going to be two home releases like DoFP....

Your not seeing it in the theater because it is being released in an unrated version on Blu-ray?

I know, right?!?! Why would you see it in theatres if there wasn't an unrated cut if you are going to buy the Blu-ray anyways, but pass on seeing it in theatres because a future Blu-ray will have a little bit more content (a matter of seconds or very low minutes)? Sounds a bit if you ask me.

But, it's likely that they meant that they will pass on the first Blu-ray release.

Probably not. However, they might be one of those "never going to the theatre again and I'll just wait for the Blu-ray" types. It sounds like that is what they meant by using the word "theatrical." They were likely referencing the first BD release which will not be the unrated cut. If so, your original question doesn't even matter as they would not have gone to the theatre to see ANY cut of the film.

No more of a I have a budget due to being the only one who works in my house and I have to pick and choose what I want to see. If its between seeing Deadpool or BvS in March I choose BvS, with taxes arriving in Feb who knows if plans will change but for now as much as i want to see Deadpool in theaters its more important for me to make sure my kid is fed

Usually. Like McCrunchy said, it's kinda rare a film released theatrically will get an 18, we probably get 3 or 4 major theatrical releases rated 18 maximum a year. They tend to rated stuff based on context over content, so Deadpool can probably get away with more considering it's less serious and more comedic, especially with more fast paced action scenes where your dwelling on a body count over a serious deaths of people, as opposed to something like Legend, where a guy gets repeatedly stabbed to death and that's like the only major death in the entire film.
