i'm just happy she's going to Deadpool......no way i'd get her to see Zoolander.

curious what she's going to think of it......hopefully the comedy will negate the violence......but i'm a little worried the "crude" jokes will wear thin on her.

All this talk of people going to see this movie for Valentine's and having to mislead their wives/ girlfriends as to what kind of movie this is (something that the marketing has obviously been doing for fun) makes me lol at my situation as i couldn't care less about this movie (based on what i've seen from the trailers) but my girlfriend thinks it looks great, so she's going with her brother to watch it as i don't want to

She loves action movies and hardcore violence!

I don't have to mislead my wife, as she fully knows what to expect from Deadpool. She just wants to spend time with me, so we are going to see this movie.

no misleading here......my wife knows what deadpool is all about.....i played the video game on my ps3 and i caught her LOL'ing at the remarks he'd say throughout the game.

then i started showing her different comics w/his funnier moments......so she knows exactly what he's all about.

Ah man that sucks, but at least she'll see Deadpool with you.

I'm not worried about the crude jokes since my wife has the same sense of humor as I do.

I'm going to check B&N tomorrow and I'll let you know.

Same here. My wife knows full and well what to expect and who Deadpool is. I've shown her the various tv spots multiple times, and like Benny, she watched me play the PS3 game.

i'm curious how my wife is going to take the ring pop/stick it in my *** joke that was in one of the last spots that was released.

she kind of at the butt sex joke in Kingsman.....but she should be fine w/the movie as a whole.

like i said, she wanted to go see it w/me before i saw it w/my buddies.

I'm pumped for next Friday. I have a good feeling that I'll be going to see this a few times in the theater.

Come on now, we've seen (seemingly, since it's not out yet) FAR less films get sequels especially with Hollywood's dearth of original stories these days. Shoot, we've heard of sequels being discussed/in the works before a film has even hit the public.
