This is why 'Deadpool' had the highest weekend opening of any previous R-rated film. It is a film that begs to be seen more than once!

Friday at 4:30 was less than half full
Saturday at 12:35 was 3/4 full
Today at 12:55 it may have had only 20 empty seats.

The audiences loved it at each showing I went to.

Saw the movie yesterday and absolutely loved it! I'll be going back to the theatres for this again in a few weeks.

What surprised me the most was that more than half of the audience at my showing left while the credits were still rolling and missed the post credits scenes.

When I saw it Thursday night, not a single person left during the credits. And the theater was packed. What a loyal audience.

My girlfriend thought the theater would be full of young obnoxious teenage boys, but there were people of all ages, races, and backgrounds there. I guess everyone can relate to R-rated. Take note studios. I'm tired of PG-13.

That's different. Some things fit perfectly into PG-13. Others, like RoboCop, need to be R.

I do actually kinda agree but a film being PG-13 when it should be an R doesn't mean the film is automatically going to be bad... some films should be an R rating though. Censored Deadpool wouldn't be a fun Deadpool.

That's one of the jokes I didn't like even back when the first trailer came out, but in the context of the film, I liked the callback to it when he finally fights Francis.

One of my favorite moments of the film has to be -

On my second view, I really noticed how many jokes connect to each other throughout the film. Improves an already amazing experience.

I enjoyed this movie very much. But seeing Ryan Reynolds caught me by great surprise. I was thinking this was a re-release of the Clint Eastwood dirty Harry sequel. So I was a little disappointed. I thought I would see the legend Clint Eastwood on the big screen.
