I've read the first 40 pages of the script from 2010 and I'm positive the script they're using for the movie, while obviously a newer draft, won't be much different. That excites me! There is one particular scene with Colossus that I can't wait to see provided they haven't changed it.

Do you guys think this will be a soft R or a hard R type of rating? I feel like they should go all out Evil Dead style(remake) with the violence since it'd actually be refreshing to see instead of the PG-13 blockbusters we have been given recently.

I thought Ryan's portray of Wade Wilson was pretty good. I just don't like how they changed the character so much towards the end of X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

I think most of us are with you there.
From what I remember, Deadpool was brought on late in the production process, so there was no real script; so most of his screen time, he was ad libbing or improvising. So how good he was there was slightly better than just asking Reynolds to do an on the spot impression of Deadpool. This movie is what we'll get for him and the writers having YEARS to work on it.

Yeah... That movie was gross and not cool. The gore on that wouldn't be fitting for deadpool. Hard R? Sure. Not at all similar to that garbage though.
