Should have contacted them for the missing vinyl cape for my jawa!

ROTJ is on ITV HD right now, it looks ok but there is ALOT of room for improvement. I have high expectations for this release.

I remember when Hasbro re-launched the star wars action figure line in 1995 the early ones did not look realistic they had muscular body's on the figures and did'nt look anything like the characters. It was'nt until 2004 with the original trilogy collection and in 2007 with the 30th anniversary lines that hasbro started making realistic looking star wars action figures. Plus in 2010 when Hasbro launched the vintage collection they have made very good looking star wars figures on the vintage star wars card. The new star wars figures look much better than the early ones that came out in the late 70's and early 80's.

I saw some of those at Walmart the other day. I've always wanted to start collecting Star Wars action figures. Can you sell them off any time and do they accrue value over time?

In other news, I want this.

Actually it happened quicker than that.

By 1997, the 2nd year of the modern line... they were gone the way of the dodo.

Even by the end of 1996 they had mostly done away with the beefy figures, and just had to get around to resculpts.

On a related note. StarWars.Com & Hasbro just debuted the product packaging that ties into the 2012 3-D Re-Release Of The Phantom Menace.

I'm guessing only Vintage, Clone Wars, and Phantom Menace will be on shelves next year.

The Saga Legends line is mostly for repacks anyway. Or at least was last time I collected any.

Edit: Sounds like the package design will be featured on the Clone Wars figures also.

Lol it took me ten seconds to realise that the cockpit was the PC's tower. I was looking at it thinking 'what's all that crap in the cockpit?'

Nice job anyways.

If you could make the next Star Wars game, what would you do? I personally think we haven't had a decent game in a long time and considering the money and the hype the SW name generates, i am disappoint!

I'd either do a next-gen Battlefront game, but make it FPS with awesome multiplayer and maps (Tatooine, Endor, Hoth, Coruscant, Geonosis, etc.) and great visuals with a good story mode or I'd make a good game based on some of the movies. I'd love to duel Vader or Luke in Cloud City or kill Ewoks on the Forest Moon. An opportunity to run the Death Star trench in an X-Wing and blow up the Death Star would be awesome too!

Cool. I remember an Anakin who had an arm that fell off (AotC I'd imagine lol). There's a channel on YouTube were a really nice young man reviews the figures and they look great now. I haven't really kept up with the toy lines but I picked up a couple of Star Trek 6inch figures for 2.50 (the massive Command Collection were only £5 (I'm going to retire on those lol)) before Christmas in Toys 'R' Us and was impressed with their detail and they look nice on display. Did we ever have a Star Wars 6 inch figure line?

Maul always looks like he's having the time of his life. 'Weeeee!'

I can't believe they haven't made an update to the X-Wing and Tie-Fighter games as most PC's won't run them now because of the OS's. I enjoyed the Battlefront games but it always felt you were a jumping flee when you became a Jedi.... And the Knights of the Old Republic games are too complicated for me, the LEGO ones are fun but a bit button bashy for my liking same with Unleashed. Republic Commando was good but I'd really love a proper Saga game with a bit of FPS, flight sim and RPG elements thrown in.
