Very impressive! I like it.

Now, send That off to Lucasfilm asap!

Even thought the box set isn't the most important thing it is a bit disappointing to spend over 89 dollars for something that doesn't look great I expected more from G. Lucas.
Let's hope the picture and sound quality will at they best.
Looks too video gamey IMO.
I think it should've been something simple and classy.

Agreed! That's a winner! (At least much better than the one they are using. )

Actually, I like the prequel posters, and the SE posters as well; Drew Struzan was one of the best in the business (he's retired now, sadly). I also like the photos used on the DVDs, but both those styles are a LONG way from what we've been shown with the Blus so far. Whereas both the posters and DVDs kept to a simple, somewhat minimal approach, the Blu-Ray art just looks "rushed", and crammed together with no reason or purpose behind it.

I want some specs on the discs themselves. Geez, we don't even know if its DTS-Master HD Audio. They gave us a vague "6.1 DTS Audio" blurb which means nothing to me. What is this DVD with DTS Surround Sound.....They could specify the exact audio codec used....
Nothing on the restoration process of the films and whether or not fixes from the previous DVD set are being implemented....For example Vaders pink saber from ROTJ or Lukes Green Saber from ANH.

I will gladly take a cover art with Jar Jar binks parading around in a G String as long as i know that these films are being put on this format at the highest standards. Thats just my two cents.
I agree, we don't know if it's DTS-ES(lossy), DTS-HD High Resolution(also lossy), or DTS-HD Master Audio. Also, we don't know if it will be 5.1 with a matrixed 6th channel, or if it's 6.1 discreet. I seriously doubt it will be lossy, but all they had to say is "DTS-HD MA 6.1 Discreet." Was that so hard to say? It took me about two seconds. Surely they know the exact audio codec they are going to use by now, and surely they know if it's matrixed or discreet. It just would have been nice to know.

The cover art is more of an afterthought for me as well, it almost seems like that was the main "bullet point" of their presentation, but Jar Jar in a G-string?

I would have prefered a Digipak gatefold because we'd get more artwork (I would have loved separate cases for each film).
A digibook would be sweet to match up with my Clone Wars digibooks. I know some members hate digibooks, so my intention is not to start a 15 page debate about digibooks. I am simply stating that a digibook of the saga would be cool for my collection...

On one hand, I like it - but on the other, it does give the disquieting impression that Luke and Leia had a little boy together...

OK, I don't know about you guys, but this release needs a separate section, with several threads : about the packaging, the sound, the bonus, the picture quality, the internet marketing, the merch, fake art etc. if all is in one thread, it will be impossible to read. It's already completely confusing browsing thru here.
