Amazon uk price from abt 67 to 57 british pounds. Will be getting that becuase discs are in plastic case, NOT cumbersome paper sleeves.

The mods are doing a good job of suspending people who are derailing the thread and trying to ignite the ages old revision vs. original argument. This thread should be about the blu. The changes on this blu are valid for discussion, but when the argument broadens and turns into this back and forth vitriolic assault, it goes too far.

That said, it seems the dust has settled and the controversy is behind us. Anyone who would have canceled probably has already done so, and it's gravy from here for Lucasfilm.

You've seen the TPM blu-ray teaser right? It blows away any previous HDTV transfers. 2 and 3 are pretty much impossible to screw up, being 1080p video start to finish.

Yeah but more in terms of audio...I'm sure they'll be demo quality for a long time. Also waiting for the Battle of Geonosis and the Utapau chase scene with Obi-Wan.

Surely of they were "deleted" they would be finished, and not poorly rendered animatics.

That's a tough one. I think there are a couple of online stores in Sweden (they have this set also) that ships internationally, but I can't say for sure if it's just within the EU or also the US. You'll probably have to dig around a bit when the release date has gone by. I could probably also help you out. Be aware, the set will definitely cost you more than buying the US one.

At least give us a brief review/opinion of the PQ/AQ. How does TPM look? Do the OT films look great or are they disappointing?
