When Temuera Morrison's voice replaced the original deliveries, it was so flat and dull. The original voice was so menacing and intriguing.

Another pointless and silly change by Lucas.

I cannot agree more. The original Fett voice was perfect. Morrison's just doesn't have the same menace at all.

I actually prefer Morrison's voice, I think his voice is alot more "badass". Plus it removes a plot hole as Bobba is Jango's clone.

I agree! It's the same with Vader where you suddenly see the human being with a rich history behind the robot-mask. Temeura Morrison redubbing Boba Fett was amazing and more than we could hope for.

Finally watching this set which I got over a month ago. Buying a ton of Blu-rays at once has it's disadvantages lol.

I have not watched a SW film in YEARS, I think 2005 was the last time.

This viewing is going to be done in actual order ie. episode 1,2,3,4,5,6.

I'm about 30 minutes in Phantom Menace and the PQ has blown me out of the water. It is so crisp and clean, my LORD. I'd like to say it could very well be the best looking Blu-ray picture of the 300 that I own, no lie.

What shocks me is that I don't find Jar Jar as annoying as I did back in 1999.

Like Chewbacca and R2-D2, Jar-Jar should've been kept as a non-speaking role. Nothing is more annoying that his voice; his slapstick humor, I can stand.

How can any actor even compare to Samuel L. Jackson at this point?

Shaft, Mace Windu, and NICK FURY.

Finished up the movie. Amazing pq, Loved Darth Maul's design. He died to quickly and there was a little too much of the comedy scenes early in the movie but that was expected.

Still an enjoyable film.

One thing I'm curious about is, Amidalla used a decoy in her outfit in many scenes but i remember when i watched this movie that they actually kept her in the suit for those scenes but in this release it did look like a different actress. Was this added in later?.

No, it was always a different actress - namely Keira Knightley!

Nyet. You may just be able to tell a lot easier due to the Blu-Ray. And also on increased viewings it's easier to catch.

Basically anytime that you see Padme in the Black Travel Gown with the feathered headdress, it's the decoy.
