He wrote some of the episodes, produced the movie, executive produced the TV series, and it was his idea to even have a theatrical movie. He suggested taking the first few episode and compile them into a movie that would lead into the TV series. If it wasn't for him, it would have just been a TV series without a leading movie. So I'd say he had quite a bit of involvement.

Yeah, the slug was fixed for the blu ray but it's painfully obvious on the GOUT dvd.

He would probably go back and update the CGI in the prequels too if he did these sequels.

I've always used the "T" in The Empire Strikes Back's abbreviation.

may the Force be with us all that Jedi garb "Ani" has on is something he NEVER wore. His hair length in that photo is ROTS hair length and by then he was leather n black emo jedi all the way, ugh just another terrible adjustment

(I dont mind ewoks blinking....but "Ani" replacing Vader, the new emperor hologram, the random new sound Old Ben makes to scare of the sand people, Jedi Rocks, Greedo shot first, Mos Eisley creature inserts that look totally out of place, and weight watchers 90s computer game Jabba slithering around Millenium Falcon is all complete garbage...)

I usually either use short names (Empire, Jedi, Clones, Sith etc) or the episode number. Can't be bothered with them acronyms.

The thing is, we're not writing formal articles here. We're in a community discussion. For years, I've seen ESB and TESB used interchangeably by different people and without fail, I'd understand what he referred to. I don't actually ask, "you mean The Empire Strikes Back?" just because someone uses ESB.
