I'm just glad it's winter so I can smuggle in beer, so my costume will be a big coat with deep pockets.

I sat through Attack of the Clones sober; this time I'll be ready. Just in case.

A 4k remaster of the theatrical cuts was done by Reliance Media Works last year.
What are they waiting for?

Comparison (2011 Blu-ray vs Demo shots by Reliance Media Works):

Could jar jar binks really have been planned by George Lucas to be a Sith Lord or if not a Sith Lord the emperors apprentice and not count dukuo? It isn't impossible that George originally planned for him to be the one who fights Yoda and not count dukuo.

That's a fan restoration, and Mike Verta won't release it because of legal issues.

Didn't somebody confirm that they were not the original versions?

Although my guess is that they would be scanning the original negative as a start (which currently exists as the 1997 Special Edition versions) and then piece the original versions back together from there. Then they could sell both as "Archive versions"' or something.

Almost forgot
Is it possible that the whole Star Wars prequel trilogy will be released on bluray 3d anytime in the near future?

He (Mike Verta) has no access to the original negatives, or access to official studio-owned "anything". He relies on assistance from unnamed fans and collectors who have old fade-free Technicolor dye-transfer prints, and other materials.

Is it really that important for fans to see the original versions of the first six movies. I mean sure there are changes in the 2011 bluray but most of them are minor so why can't fans be happy for just having the movies available on bluray and digital in HD. If anything it's more importantly the whole first six movies be converted to 3d just like George Lucas wanted.

Question for everyone would making jar jar a Sith Lord or a dark side member have made the prequel trilogy better.

What I have to said which is "Is it really that important for fans to see the original versions of the first six movies. I mean sure there are changes in the 2011 bluray but most of them are minor"about the saga being available in the original format is what must people who are not absolutely crazed die hard super mega fans feel about the matter whether you all like it or not.its the exact reason releasing the original versions of the movie to the general public has not and probably will not ever be a top priority for Disney or fox.

PsI too would like to see the original version of the movies in HD but what we get is good enough for me and I wish would be good enough for fans even the crazed die hard super mega ones. Besides George Lucas made Star Wars and for that matter he should be the one to decide what the movies look like. Although we should still get the original versions in HD as a available option for those who care and want see the movie like it was made and released in the first place.

What are you even trying to say here? You might want to reword this or something.

I'm sorry it's not good enough for you but ask yourselves do the people who were born in the 90's and upwards even know what the original versions were the answer they don't and there like me there ok or happy with what is available.

Your missing the point over a majority or maybe about a third of the fans of star wars are people born in the 90's and later and don't know the difference or plain out don't care and that's why Disney and fox don't care about releasing the original version. They might however release the original version in HD just to make extra money but if they feel they won't make that much extra money if they do so then they won't do it.
