KOTCS opened with the Lucasfilm logo first so for them to do that for the next film would not be surprising. What comes after the Lucasfilm logo is what to question. But youre right. As long as its a decent film.

Or the CGI gopher hole, depending on the film

Rumour was, Lucas was sick of fans demanding the original films on the, then, best quality platform, that he decided to release them.
More likely he saw all the money being made by pirate copies of the unaltered laserdisc versions on e*bay.

Default Region Free

I have seen a version for sale on Ebay, that is supposed to be Region Free. The only difference in the packing design seems to be there is a little more space above Darth Vader's head on the front cover.

Does anyone have more information about this edition? I can't find it on Amazon or anywhere else.

It was two years. 2004 was the first DVD boxsets, 2006 had the unaltered versions as "bonus" discs in 2-disc Limited Edition individual releases.

The entire saga (sans Awakens) was released digitally one or two years ago - under the Disney banner, but as a joint effort by both Disney and Fox.
Not the "entire" saga is under the Disney banner. The first film says Fox on it, not Disney. And it's not available as part of Disney Movies Anywhere.

How much of a paycheck bd.com took from Disney to advertise this movie? 5 damn reviews! And both 5/5 for film and 5/5 for video each time. I'll leave film score to reviewer's conscience, but it's a poorly looking movie, looks as if it was made in mid 90s. Just compare it to Revenge of the Sith blu-ray, which is so much sharper and prettier.

The worst thing is that they DNR'd "Phantom Menace", and it's awful.
waxy faces, details are scrubbed off.
"Attack of the Clones" is a terrible looking film too, everything looks digitally altered and smoothed (hair and faces) but that's how it was shot or rendered.
"Revenge of the Sith" looks perfect or almost perfect but all the other films are not that good.
"Attack", ok, it will never look better but the other film "Phantom" and especially the OT could look so much better (no fake grain, less DNR, more details, no edge halos, original grain intact, better colors, no crushed blacks etc.).
I always cringe when I see the pink lightsaber of Vader and the upscaled scenes on Endor.

Yes there are 5 reviews for The Force Awakens. One for the main release and four for the retailer exclusive versions. The retailer's exclusive pages focuses more on what is included in their retail release and not on the film itself. A disclaimer featured on the pages for each of the retailer exclusive versions explains this:

We normally don't review store exclusive titles that are also being widely distributed by way of a standard edition sold at all outlets, but with the immense popularity of the 'Star Wars' franchise and Episode VII in particular, we've decided to offer a real-world glimpse at the four store exclusives available to buy beyond the standard wide release, which has been reviewed here.

Also Blu-ray.com's official review page for the film states that video was a 5 and the audio was a 4.5. Each of the retailer exclusive pages has a link back to that page. The Blu-ray rating underneath the movie rating on the retailer's version pages indicates the average of the user's ratings for the film and each page is different. Although the ratings could have been 5/5 once, but as I'm typing this, the audio rating has changed, ranging from 4.5 to 4.8, according to which page you go to.

Default The Ultimate Trilogy?

How would you guys rank the Star Wars trilogy against the Indian Jones trilogy from favorite to least favorite? I'd rank them in this order...

1. Raiders of the Lost Ark
2. The Empire Strikes Back
3. Star Wars
4. The Last Crusade
5. Return of the Jedi
6. Temple of Doom

I'd appreciate the feedback!

Aren't there seven movies in Star Wars, and four in the Indiana Jones series?

Yeah! I just thought it would be easier to rank the first three of each series.

Ahh, okay. Man, I want to make a list, but it's been over a year since I saw those trilogies. I bought all those movies on Black Friday in 2014, and hadn't seen them since that time frame.

I can't recall which Indiana Jones movie this is, but there was one with a little Asian boy. For some reason, I found the little boy to be very irritating, I seriously couldn't wait for the movie to end because I disliked that character so much. I'm not sure if it was his acting, or his voice or accent. He just annoyed the hell out of me.

I liked him. There was some humour and he saved Indy's butt a couple times.

OT, I have to finish the prequel trilogy that I started a lil while ago. TFA will be in soon and I'm not delaying on that one.

These rankings are tight for me as Raiders and the first two Star Wars movies are almost a tie for #1 really, but...

1. Raiders of the Lost Ark
2. Star Wars and The Empire Strikes Back (tie)
3. Return of the Jedi
4. Temple of Doom (very close to 3rd though and on some days maybe #3 lol)
5. The Last Crusade
