I am referring to the new saga release with Vader on the cover. That set doesn't have the bonus features?

That's one of the most misquoted lines, along with "Play it again, Sam," or "We're going to need a bigger boat." Those are both wrong by the way.

Can someone please tell me what edition this is? I can not find it on Amazon. Is it official? Or a bootleg? It is supposed to be Region Free. As you can see the package is slightly different, with more space above Darth Vader's head.

Yes, there is a DVD-version that looks the same. However, here is another copy that says Blu-ray on the backside.

I read a buyer's feedback in another auction for the same Bluray (which I can't find now), who warned others that it is a well made bootleg.
I don't know what is the truth, but I have never seen this version listed anywhere officially.
